The presidential system of government is used across the globe. The most talked about presidential government is probably that of the USA. The first presidential election in the USA is recorded in 1789 (Staff, 2010). The residential government in the United States is split into three branches; the president and his cabinet, Congress and the courts (Smith, 2016).
